This is my third Lexus (leased or purchased) and we have worked with Jim Maiolo each time. His calm, no-nonsense approach is always welcomed. I especially appreciated the speed of getting out of the dealership after we had reached a deal. Ashleigh (Ashley?) was also great in walking me through the new bells and whistles in the latest model RX.

Best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Their service is beyond 5 star. I have never used a dealer for all of my service parts and labor but now I do just that.
I have to give a star to post. Saved and saved so we could buy a CPO IS 250. Offered to write a check on the spot if they would knock off just 4%. They refused to budge, competitor was just as bad and we really wanted a 250. We took the deal (shame on us) and when we went back for oil change I said I occasionally perform my own maintenance. How do I reset the oil change light? The answer was "If we tell you that, you won't have to come here for changes any more. AWFUL SERVICE...This dealership by far was the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Twice I've walked into this place (stayed there for over 15 minutes long per visit) and NEVER ever a sales accommodated me. If you need a Lexus, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
