My 2008 Lexus IS 250 needed the side airbag replaced due to the recall. I came to the appointment and was greatly warmly. The staff was professional and Adam Dziewit was so helpful, professional, and kind! It took about 3 hours to get my airbag replaced because I came right before lunch. Went in for an oil change. They checked my car for recalls an there was a fuel pipe recall. They fixed that. Detailed the car. And gave me a full tank of gas then a $25 balise car wash gift card. This entire service ended up costing me $34. Amazing dealer with friendly staff

I was very disappointed with the experience of buying our my RX350 at end of my lease. It took 6 trips to visit the dealer! Each visits took me about one hour on the road and several hours waiting within the dealership. One trip was for initial agreement, one for $1000 deposit, one for odometer work , one for financial paperwork, and one for final signature of titles transfer. And it is not over --- I still have to visit again, to finish the bumper paining (promised when negotiating the deal) as well as the yearly inspection... read more
I have bought several Lexus cars from Balise. Very happy with all of the cars. I get my cars serviced at Balise service. They are great to deal with. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They provide a loaner vehicle as well which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend the Balise service department.
