RecommendedBalise Lexus is the absolute BEST! This trip was for a simple service so I decided to wait for my car. Was there about an hour and was able to relax in their cafe with a cup of tea. I can’t say I look forward to bringing in my car for service but with all the assistance and support I get at Balise I certainly know it will be a pleasant experience.
I rate this dealership, Balise Lexus, 5 out of 5 because they listened to me re my vehicle needs and gave me an honest price in trade. I had been to other dealerships on Riverdale St. and did not find satisfactory communications/price.

Fast and courteous service
I have taken my car to Balise Lexus since I bought it. The service is always thorough and finished when promised. Last time I was there they fixed the drivers seat that had loosened up and today they found an annoying little rattle in the real end. It was fixed for not a lot of money. Chris the service advisor is exceptional. I Highly recommend Balise Lexus.

Got my new bmw at BLEX and a big thank you to Jim in sales and the service manager Paul. These gents have far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond when I needed assistance, even when I was over 1.5 hours away. I never do reviews unless a company really blows me away and BLEX has delivered on that experience. 5 stars all around.
It was good as usual - except their records should have reflected that we have been using synthetic oil, and instead regular oil was put in.
Great service!!! Joe is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.
