WOW! What service! :) – I had been to a few bridal shops in Austin before my appointment at Balina Bridal. Right when I walked in I could tell a difference. ALL the ladies that worked there were friendly. At the other shops if I wasn't their client they didn't even give me a second look. As soon as I set my stuff down the person helping me asked me what styles I liked and brought out about 5 dresses to let me try on. Never Again! – Balina is one of 6 bridal stores I recently visited in Austin. Looking, of course, for a the perfect wedding gown. After the treatment I received at Baline, I would *never* consider purchasing a dress from them, nor recommend the store to another person. Beautiful salon. All the dresses are lovely! Had a great experience here. This place was the first salon I visited to try on dresses. I was lured all the way from Dallas by Pronovias? trunk show. The sales lady first asked me a lot of questions about the type of wedding I was going to have, as well as my style to find out which designer might suit me the best. RUDEST SERVICE IN TOWN!!!!!!!! – I am actually writing as the bride's wedding coordinator. I'm sure all brides or coordinators can empathize. We all run a bit behind in our chaotic pursuit to plan a wedding and find the perfect dress. The best bridal shop! – I knew I wanted to purchase my dress from Balina after I tried on dresses there. When I did make my purchase, Deborah gave me a big hug and told me ?congratulations?. She was so nice and very genuine. I moved out of town shortly after, so I had to have my dress shipped to me. Wonderful Experience – I had a great time having my dress made at Balina Bridal. They were helpful, attentive and went out of their way to help me. They helped me to tailor a dress to fit the style of my destination wedding and my size (I am very short!!) I have recommended Balina to many of my friends and they have had a great experience as well!
