Really should train their service members to give real expectations. I took my car to have the AC drain and tire looked at right when they opened was one of the first in line and was told they’d be able to look at it and tell me what’s wrong before noon. I waited and checked in 3 hrs later and they still hadn’t looked at and said they wouldn’t until after lunch which it was 11am at the time. We have free oil changes for life since we bought the vehicle here. However, even with an appointment it’s always a 2+ hour wait for an oil change.
Called about a second key. Was told it was in stock and could be made if there by 3:30. Arrived at 3:15. Was immediately obvious parts department had no interest in doing this. Was asked to pull the car around. When pulled car in was told service goes home at four and would have to come back some other time. Not helpful, not very friendly. Not the service I would expect from a dealership.

Dave didn’t take care of the issues with my car, although the mechanic that took my car for a test drive said he would communicate the issue to Dave and get it taken care of. My car has been at this dealership for two weeks Every time I called for a courtesy car, I was told that they were a week out and would be added to a waiting list. That went on for about three weeks. I need them to work on better communicating.
