I went to Bale for an oil change. My car was dinged on the doors by another customer not by Bale employees. The people at Bale fixed my car back to original condition without inconveniencing me and provided me with a free car wash. Thank you for taking care of it with ease and friendliness. I will be back.

Bale is the best dealership ever. They sold me a car and have serviced is every time it has needed any services. With on appointment we have been able to get service officiantly and quickly.
These guys have always treated me well in service and have taken care of me in every way they could. The reason this is extraordinary is because I did not buy my truck from them. I wish I had. The place that I bought mine from would not even assist me in getting recalls completed. I called Bale, I was scheduled immediately and given a loaner truck if needed. Great people in my opinion.
I really don't understand the service dept at all here. I've been in several times and every time is a bad experience, but since it's so close to home I use it until now, I'm officially done. I called yesterday to get a price on getting the rear brakes replaced on my corvette. I told the man that answered the phone that I needed a price to replace the rear brakes and brakes only as my rotors are fine. He told me it would be about $650 and that included rotors. When businesses resort to false "claim your prize" sweepstakes to "get you through the door", you know they aren't honest. Not worth your time, or your money. Total asshats.
