Very bad service !! 6 hours to change some brakes and only the front ones, that because they only had two mechanics? and just give excuses, I will not go back there!

Only gave one star because there is nothing less. Had bad service the first time last year but decided to give them another chance because we purchased our truck from them. Almost three hours to change oil and check a tire, even though we had an appointment. Lots of excuses, reasons, and so on. Will NOT be back again. And when presented with ticket they had $1000 estimate for needed services. Yeah, not happening.��

You should be ashamed of yourselves. Brought our truck there for service for starting issues. $650.00 later, we get the truck home and guess what? It doesn’t start. They didn’t fix squat and weren’t afraid to charge us for it. Truck is back in the shop (not with Bale this time). Hopefully this honest and capable mechanic will find out what’s wrong and get it fixed. Sure wish I had that $650.00 back. Shame on you Bale Chevrolet!
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bale, and the salesmen are always wonderful (5 stars to you guys)! I have been coming in for my free oil changes for few years now. What I don’t understand is why it take 2+ HOURS to get a OIL CHANGE???? I drive 45+ minutes to get here, and it never fails I wait 2+ hours for a oil change! I have to plan a whole day to just get my oil changed. It’s honestly not worth my time or gas to come to Bale for a free oil change. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere and be in and out!
