The service department has had my SUV for 9 weeks! I never received a call from the service department. I had to call them to get any status update. It took multiple calls to higher management to get someone to do something. It only took one week to repair!
I love Chevy and Bale Chevrolet is the best place too go I recommend them.
We took my daughters car to Bale chev. In LR and they told us it needed 2 new motor fans and that the wires connecting them had been cut. JUST FYI...... it was all a lie. None of that had to be fixed they are just ripping people off!!!

Absolutely amazing service!! Bale Chevrolet puts the customer 1st over the Corporation. A hand shake and words still means something to Bale. Toby, AJ, and Seth took care of my husband and I.
