My experience at Bale Chevrolet was "piss pour", and I'm too frustrated to even speak on it. The overall customer service and mechanical experience here is BY FAR the worse in the entire state of Arkansas.
Dealt with Jared Horton. He acted like a total con man. Told me I had to deal with him if I wanted to buy a car. I will never deal with Bale again because of that guy.
Me and my husband bought a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox back in late April this year. Everything has been great until the last couple of weeks. I noticed a really bad smell coming out of the vents everytime the heat or air was turned on. It smelled very sour! It progressively got worse so I decided to make an appointment to bring it in.
