terrible service, unprofessional staff, lie with appointments are nothing serious and bad bad customer service, I definitely do not recommend.

Beautiful place! Great vibe - great energy - all around nice people, family owned since 1912, spoke with; the body shop, detail, service, sales, management and accounting. Chill place. They’ve got preowned/used, new, and ton of fleet vehicles! Located right in the Chenal neighborhood between Trader Joe’s and the Promenade Lifestyle Mall. The best popcorn and friendly staff you can find! (Opinion of course! But come see for yourself!)
Today we were told to “re route” the middle seat belt that our autistic son uses. In 2017 there was a recall on this belt and it was supposedly fixed. It has never worked properly and today the service manager told us to just “re route it under the metal” what great advice 🙄🙄🙄
GM is on strike! So, getting parts is an issue for the dealership/mechanics. However, Bale tracked down my needed parts from Bryant and a dealer in TX. With no loaners available, I was shuttled home, then picked the next afternoon to retrieve my car. Now THATS’s SERVICE. EVERYONE was extremely courteous
Crain wanted 10k for a C8 order. Bale did it without, and I got a cool VIP invite to see the 2020. I met the owners who are really down to earth. Love this place! My son and I were treated like royalty! 😂

Finance guy sold me $2400 extended warranty that he said "would cover everything bumper to bumper except wear/maintenance items". He conveniently didn't have a copy of the warranty that explained the dozens of other things not covered, nor did he ever mention the $50 "diagnostic fee" the service department charges to fix something under warranty. Completely dishonest and I will never purchase another vehicle from them.
