Very low key buying experience. It was simple and straight forward. As easy a buying experience as I’ve ever had.
Bale Chevrolet’s service department is absolutely awful! Every time I need something done the customer service is a disgrace! I dropped my suv off at 8 am this morning and was told 2 hours. Went back at 1:00 pm and my car is still not ready and I was told everyone is at lunch and it won’t be ready until 330. Last time I took my car for an oil change they cracked my windshield and tried to blame it on me! I would recommend Bale Chevrolet to everyone!! I found this new 3500 diesel online and called. My sales Rep whom was Kelton Wilson was one of the MOST honest sales person I’ve ever met!!
