I always have a great experience at Balcones. The technicians are really sweet and the dentists are both comforting and good at what they do. I would highly recommend them.
Michael's first visit ever to the dentist was wonderful. The staff and Dr. Maddox were wonderful with my soon to be 2 year old!
I did not do my own research regarding the procedure so I used the doctor's time requesting that he explain the process again. Some links to information about my procedure for me to read would be nice to have" to save his time

Best physician, not just a dentist that I've ever dealt with. Dr. Maddox excels at what he does & the support staff is second to none.
Ive had several appointments with Balcones and I must say they are great in many ways. Professional, very thorough , courteous. I always felt comfortable and for me(big chicken at the dentist) that makes a huge difference. The entire staff is super.....highly recommend
