This was the first time for my daughter to go to a dentists and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff there is amazing and very friendly. Brandi and Ross Maddox did an excellent job.
Everyone I had contact with was so helpful and professional. They were very detailed in the information I was provided. The best chair side manner around. Made me very at ease.
I'm glad I decided to go with a new crown instead of resetting the old one that came off. The temporary felt too tight against the other tooth, but after about 3 to 4 hours felt really good. I think this will solve ongoing problems I had with the old crown from my previous dentist. Everything is great so far. Anxious to get the new permanent crown installed.
It's so nice to see a big smile & friendly, warm greeting the moment i walked in the door. Dr Lounsberry, Lee Ann & Tania cheerfully provided me w excellent care. True professionals w their patient in mind. I know Dr L & Tania worked hard, in a difficult area of my mouth. Kudos to you all!
Went in with broken crown expecting major dental work, Candice checked it out and told me she did think I needed immediate work dentist confirmed and I left with a smile on my face instead of numb droopy lip:)
