Great staff. Dr Paul is the best. Office staff and all staff show a genuine quality effort 100% of the time. Somebody is TCB. Thx.
Cleaning process was interrupted several times with no explanation and long waiting time on chair. Hygienist seems to be inexperienced. It was not done as professionally as before with other hygienist.
I am perhaps one of the few people who actually enjoy going to the the dentist, except when I have to be there by 8:00am and/or have to have pre-existing work redone & spend 4 hours doing it. Can't think of anyone who would enjoy that. HaHa! But the work is always great. Luv y'yall. Donna
I really enjoy Balcones Family Dental, an odd thing to say perhaps, but my experience thus far has been nothing but exceptional. Everyone is so nice from the minute I walk in, and I've never had to wait long for my appointment. Dr. Maddox and all the awesome technicians really go out of their way to get to know you and your dental goals.

This is my second time visiting, first time for a cleaning. Had a very good experience both times and everyone was very honest through the visit. The entire crew was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Highly Recommend.
