Jamie from front desk says there’s a follow up appointment (2 weeks) after the initial blood draw. The day of my blood draw she told me they had to schedule me 4 weeks out. I called today to check what time my appointment is and she told me il actually scheduled 5 weeks out from my blood draw! They didnt even tell me my appointment was changed. Im waiting for a refund for wasting my time. I could have been set up by another husiness by now.
I cannot say enough great things about the staff, service and care I have received! I have been to other places and they cannot compare to Balance Hormone Center!
Della has been great with helping me reach my goals and push past them for higher gains. She's always ready to help and listens to what my concerns are. She's great.

Della has great knowledge in helping me get my energy level back to a place to where I no longer need to take naps to get through the day. Plus I have been able to start working out at the gym 5 days a week. I feel like my recovery time is also faster than before.
