I became a client here as a last resort before going on antidepressants and anxiety medication. Looking back, this should have been my first stop, not my last! Absolutely LOVE this clinic! I literally have never felt better in my life. I was literally dying 2 years ago- a ticking time bomb- extremely overweight, hormones completely out of whack, felt hopeless- none of my previous providers would take the time to listen to my concerns and look into what was really going on. They never ran more than the basic lab panel and just treated me like this was a lifestyle I chose and since they perceived that I didn’t care- they didn’t either- which couldn’t have been further from the truth.... read more
I am really impressed with this place. Della is very knowledgeable and has helped me with multiple health issues that come with aging. I am feeling more energetic and younger than I have in years. It is so nice to have a health care provider that has actually made a difference and listens unlike my former primary care Dr. I am so glad I came across this clinic!
Jamie from front desk says there’s a follow up appointment (2 weeks) after the initial blood draw. The day of my blood draw she told me they had to schedule me 4 weeks out. I called today to check what time my appointment is and she told me il actually scheduled 5 weeks out from my blood draw! They didnt even tell me my appointment was changed. Im waiting for a refund for wasting my time. I could have been set up by another husiness by now.
I cannot say enough great things about the staff, service and care I have received! I have been to other places and they cannot compare to Balance Hormone Center!
