I have bought 7 cars from Bakersfield Mazda in the past 15 years. Just bought the Mazda CX-9 2016 signature .... Wow, what an amazing SUV. Mazda nailed this one . I bought a Mazda Cx5 in December of 2015, and it was the WORST experience I've ever had in my life. I hate this car, and completely regret getting it. The salesmen all treated me like I was a ditz, and mislead me about everything. When my 36 year old daughter got there to talk to them, they treated HER in the most condescending way possible, and actually offended her to the point where she didn't want to remain in the building. We just bought 2 Mazda 6's. Tim Oates, and Chuy were fantastic to work with. Between the 2 of them, they answered all our questions and worked a deal that was even better than we could have imagined. We shopped around and Bakersfield Mazda had by far the best prices and Tim and Chuy the best customer service. Lucky in finance did a great job with the paperwork, and Steven Poe took the time to show our boys the in's and out's of their new cars. Great experience! Awful. Just awful. My first experience contained, scams, lies and a pushy group of salesmen. Months later I returned to see (prospect) the new cx-9. Same crap. I'm heading to Valencia for my purchase. I'd strongly encourage anyone in the market to do the same. It's not that far and you won't have to deal with Bakersfield Mazda's junk.
I had such an amazing experience with Bakersfield Mazda. I had a few problems with my first car but they helped me every single time and I ended up just upgrading my car and I am very happy with the results. Mazda is a great car that I would recommend to everyone, and my salesperson Timothy Oats was very nice and always made sure I got the best service.
