Their customer service is awesome when I first called in. I spoke to Felicia. about getting an appointment the next day I know sometimes it's impossible but they accommodated me . when I arrived I was immediately greeted by Aldo very friendly. He was on the phone taking care of a customer and he acknowledged me that he would be right with me and that goes a long way being acknowledged. I have been going to Mazda for a couple of years and I have yet to be disappointed.
I want to give a big shout out to Bakersfield’s Mazda service department. You guys did a phenomenal job on getting my car back to me so quickly. I lost the keys to my car and within 15 minutes of having my car at the shop my car was fixed and returned back to me and the price was very reasonable, I highly recommend Bakersfield Mazda to anyone that’s looking for Outstanding very professional friendly people and they also have the top line of cars. I bought my last 2 cars there. Very good sales person Paul Lopez helped me after a traumatic car wreck and I had to replace my 2012 CX9. Aldo at the service department is incredible too.
