I contacted Troy with Baker Roofing after I noticed some stains on my ceiling that led me to believe that I had a roof leak. Troy had a technician at my house the very next day to do their inspection process. Then they laid out several options for me so I could choose the level of repair that I was comfortable with at that time. Professional and responsive. Justus was clear on the estimate and work needed to be done. Troy is an amazing foreman. Very amiable and communicative. Workers were fast, efficient and neat.

We had Baker install gutters on our new home over a year ago and they have held up great. We are in a three story house, so it is really high! We had 'leaf guards' put on the gutters along the back of the house. They work fantastic for keeping debris out. On the front of the house, we skipped the guards and as a result, had a small build up in one of them on the third story. Troy and his team came out and did a fantastic job on cleaning them out. Had a few small issues with a roof installed few years back. I called the warranty company out and they had a technician out within a few days. The technician Luke did an outstanding job. He took care of of the leaks also went over the entire roof to check for any other potential issues. He also went a step further and got the water residue repaired for me on the inside. Luke was very professional and great with communication.
