Absolutely awful experience. The salesmen are pushy and get in your face when you're trying to make a decision about potentially buying a car here, and are totally unprofessional and rude. The service department is A JOKE. Con artists, rude, pretentious and love trying to rip you off. $100 for a simple diagnosis? Ridiculous! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. You'll be doing yourself a favor and the people here won't have the chance to rip you off and get in your face and be rude!
Thank you Ryan Conard and the entire Baker team for a great buying experience. I was looking to buy a Jeep and have it ready in one week's time. I was also looking for something that would appeal to me and my two daughters who will soon be driving. I had the vehicle ready in a few days and there are features on the Jeep that please everyone in the house.
