Avoid this dealership at all costs! Terrible at returning phone calls, terrible customer service, and lots of lies from multiple people in both Sales and Service. They couldn’t even get their story straight between themselves! Cars need safety checks after they leave here!!
Save yourself time and aggravation!!!! Beware of Steve, the manager! He is rude, arrogant and untrustworthy!!! Give your business to a reputable dealership.

Went here and they had no patience, especially the manager. Then went to North Jersey and bought my new car, they had wonderful customer service. What poor customer service at this Princeton Location.
Everyone was incredibly rude to me here. The sales department was terrible. I had a problem with my new vehicle and they refused to help me. The service department is completely incompetent. I am a mechanic myself (had warranty, so why not have someone else fix it), so I tested their knowledge, they had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Couldn't even properly diagnose my problem, even after I told them exactly what was wrong. My advice, stay away
