SUCKERS BE AWARE Went here for a specific base model ram 1500 , from an hour away . Terrible customer service after the sale. Waited over a month and never got the registration for my vehicle. They said it was mailed several times but it never came. I ended up paying NJMVC for a duplicate. Having ongoing issues with the registration of the UConnect in the vehicle and cannot get anyone to even return a telephone call let alone resolve the issue. Great vehicle, terrible dealership!
RecommendedI went into Baker inquiring about a mailer I received. I had no intentions on buying another vehicle any time soon as I loved my Grand Cherokee Altitude (that I purchased from Baker four years prior). Camille was so pleasant to deal with. She had a welcoming smile that made you feel comfortable right from the start. I was offered a deal I couldn't refuse. Though I miss my Altitude a little, I am looking forward to my new Limited X! If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend going to Baker and asking for the Lady!
Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. I was given detailed information about what was done with my car and now my car is now running like brand new.
