My father-in-law bought a 2016 Ram 1500 (you can read Elaine Seiler's post regarding this). Over the past 8 months this incredibly patient man has been trying to get a very reluctant (they could care less it seems) dealership to address and correct his issues. Why? We have very little faith in this dealership and warn anyone working with them to beware of this.
Baker Ram Jeep is very deceptive in their practices. They advertise my 2017 Ram truck as Certified Pre Owned which should mean it is warrantied by Mopar....but NO...it is covered by some aftermarket company that uses NON Mopar parts and is probably crap. Then they deceptively sell a wrap around where they tell you one thing and you get something completely different. We bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 in February of 2019. The vehicle had first been titled in January of 2018. They showed us a Carfax and said the warranty had started in January of 2018. We later (October 2019) got a letter from Chrysler and they said the warranty had started in March of 2016 and that the warranty was expired. We would not have paid what we did had we known the warranty was over in just a month! This is how Baker Jeep does business. They sell a car that is unsafe to drive! Purchased a 2009 Jeep Compass a year and a half ago, recently a noice start on the left side, took it to a shop and found the cross member is completely rotted out! They will not fix it or return phone calls/emails! Steel doesn’t rust through in a year and a half.

Purchased an Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio a year ago from them and it turned out to be a lemon. My car was out of service awaiting a new engine for 2 months and now I have been waiting several months for a resolution on my car. Do not buy Alfa Romeo from them, going back and thinking about it, I think they were aware of the engine knock and that is why they started the car with me inside the dealership and took it around back to service. 1yr later they're still not certified Alfa Romeo.
they are deceptive liars! cons! they put us through hell and lied to us. I will never buy another vehicle from them. when they found out we weren't interested they were down right nasty
Awesome Staff!! The salesman Jim was great!! Craig the finance mgr was great as well!! We knew what we wanted, model, color and options and that's what we got. I had gotten a quote online with Mike and I got an even better price than what was quoted! over $7000 in discounts and rebates!!
