I recently tried to place an order for my sister's baby shower with this bakery, but was refused service because I live out of state. The communication was incredibly poor--the various employees I spoke to didn't know how or "weren't allowed" to place orders; I didn't get an e-mail response for nearly a week, but when I did I was quoted a price only to be refused service later. RecommendedI have heard you are great. Left Dusty's Cellar because of their repeated cake order mistakes. This is my NEW bakery! YAY. Lovely too, as located centrally spot to right off the expressway. Good location smack dab between Lansing & East Lansing!

We just visited the South side location very close to our home.... they were making fresh donuts so we got one! best decision, we had never had such an amazing fresh donut before. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, our family will be going there from now on. Thanks guys!!

Ordered a small one tier wedding cake and got something a five year old could make. I would have refused it if I had any time to get something else. The letters on the top of the cake where not even! The border on the bottom looked awful and the cascade of poinsettias where a few flowers scattered on one side of the cake! Even the frosting at Meijer Bakery is smoother than this!!!
