Ordered a unicorn cake from here. They gave me a plain cake with a little unicorn face on it. Not what I ordered. When I asked them to make the cake I ordered. I was told I needed to return the cake they made for me that was wrong ( no big deal) but I still had to pay for that cake I returned and also pay for the new cake. And I’ll get a 20% discount. Also, the new cake would have been made after my daughter’s party. So basically I would pay for both cakes and not even be able to keep both or use them for the party. I have o... read more

I absolutely love this shop! I get all of my kids birthday cakes here and I don't plan on going anywhere else! The staff is also very friendly and helpful! All staff was taking appropriate precautions during this time as well- cleaning the store, masks, etc! Thank you so much, Bake N' Cakes!

We use you guys for several parties including our children’s birthday parties! Cakes are always awesome and decorated to perfection ❤️❤️ love how the staff is super friendly and taking this pandemic seriously!!
The owners don't take the health of other seriously. They don't wear mask or sanitize properly.
