Worst place I’ve ever been to. I ordered a cake Friday the 6th to be picked up Saturday the 7th they told me to be there at 5pm to pick up the cake the 7th, my friend had went and picked it up for me and they proceeded to tell my friend my cake was never made because the baker who took my order never printed my image off that was going onto the cake! They never called me. They never gave me a heads up and just told me they didn’t realize it until she came to get the cake.
I walked in hoping to place an order for the next day at 11 AM. I was told that it would have to be after 2 pm is that okay? I understand that there can be some time restraints on ordering, but there was no question of what exactly I wanted, if it was going to be super crazy. I just wanted something basic, in my opinion. I just said, no I’ll need it before 2, thank you. Turned around and walked out. Kinda disappointed. I found another bakery to take my order, if you can’t say Yes you can do better.
We ordered two cakes for my son’s birthday party. The lady who took our order was very rude and seemed more interested in her phone then taking our order. When she reviewed our order we had to correct her 3 different times on the spelling of my son’s name. She ensured us that she had corrected it in the order. When we picked the cakes up they had still spelled my son’s name wrong! Aside from that the cakes were cute and tasted good.

They sold us cupcakes that were several days old...hard, stale, the frosting was separating. When I called to complain and to find a resolution for them selling old product, the answer I got was to take the nasty cupcakes...2 out of 4...out of the garbage and bring them in for an exchange. First, I am not sure when I will be coming to that side of town.
