He has drastically reduced his schedule of being here to avoid possibly exposing our employees. I drove 90 minutes to get to their location and they told me they will have the cake available for me to get for my daughter‘s sweet 16 birthday. I get there and they sold part of it to someone else and I was told it was first come first serve. So now I need to find another location to get my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday that is in a couple of hours. Very disappointed
Terrible customer service AND the cakes & cupcakes were gross. Will definitely Never go there again. Wasted over $100.

I order a birthday cake for my sons first birthday and the cakes were dry. Plus I was told I had to have cream cheese frosting with my red velvet cake. When I did pick them up I asked again about the frosting and I was I could of had different frosting. Ugh. So over all money wasted.

We apologize that you were unsatisfied with your cake. We do only offer our Red Velvet with cream cheese icing. Red Velvet does tend to be a dryer cake due to all the color and dry ingredients. Please feel free to direct message us so we can work something out.
I only said yes because the cupcakes were really delicious but the staff weren't very friendly nor did they greet me when I walked in.

placed order for 8" cheese cake and 4 pecan rolls. told yesterday would be available after 2pm today to pick up. called shop today to see if ready, they did not have my order. very diappointed.
