Baird & Warner is very efficient and professional. All of the rental activities and relevant reports are submitted on time thereby maintaining tenants/landlords relationship satisfied.
Linton Murphy did a terrible job of property management for us. We own a 3 flat. He is the person assigned to manage it. A tenant moved out at the end of March, 2025. He knew they were moving out. He did nothing. It is November, 2025 and he never mentioned to us that we were missing the rent the last 8 months!
My wife and I have been renters in a Naperville townhouse in south Naperville for nearly three years now and we have nothing but the highest marks for the quality of property management services we continue to receive. Maintenance requests are handled timely and with the utmost courtesy and respect. Today, in fact, we had a refrigerator water leaking issue and Edwin Hojnacki was able to respond to in a timely manner with no adverse service issue with the appliance.
