I really have enjoyed working with this property company. They have made renting out homes to great tenants so much easier. They take care maintenance requests aswell, they really do go that extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I look forward to working with Baird & Warner for many years to come. Katrina Property Management turned what was, for me, a new experience shared with my daughter into an absolute nightmare. There was a complete lack of communication, professional ethics, integrity, and respect. On top of that, they handed over a condo where the heaters weren't working, leaving us without hot water in the dead of winter for two full days (I actually had to rent a hotel room just so we could shower), and the front door had been forced open, so it wouldn't close properly.
