I ordered red oak flooring from Bailey's Summersville location and had an excellent experience. Sue was helpful in my decision-making process, and thoroughly explained the parts I didn't understand about buying solid hardwood flooring. My delivery date was scheduled for a day this week when we had crazy rain and flooding, and somehow all the flooring still got delivered without any rain damage. I really appreciate this business and am glad they have a location near me in Fayette County!

I would not recommend. I didn’t like the work it was very sloppy, they have come back twice to “fix” their mistakes and still not happy. We still had to pay full price and Sue was extremely rude. Telling me to take my first review down cause they’re not associated with the contractors that did our floors which makes no sense. It’s their contractors.

Bailey Hardwoods recently refinished our hardwood floors, and the results are absolutely stunning. The floors look brand new, with a smooth, even finish and a beautiful natural shine. The team was professional, punctual, and took great care to protect the surrounding areas while they worked. They explained the entire process clearly and completed the job on time. Left our floors looking like this with hundred of holes and 3-4 gaps. We called the owner and I asked him to come out and look at the second part of the job to ensure they could do it correctly since they delivered the wrong flooring for it . He quit the job and told us to find someone else. Offered to putty the gaps and holes in the first part but we are really disappointed with the job, and the customer service .
