Left our floors looking like this with hundred of holes and 3-4 gaps. We called the owner and I asked him to come out and look at the second part of the job to ensure they could do it correctly since they delivered the wrong flooring for it . He quit the job and told us to find someone else. Offered to putty the gaps and holes in the first part but we are really disappointed with the job, and the customer service .
I’ve Been around Owen for 46 years when he started this company . And I have never and I mean never have I seen him do anything anything wrong , and if his crew would make a mistake he would stop them and correct the problem right there , he has a wonderful personality and his number one job is to please the customer. as in most businesses, it’s impossible to please everybody there’s some people out there that God can’t please. he’s installed wood in all my house every room in it and I have no complaints. Good hard working men ,nice and friendly and they make sure that you are happy with your Service !!!!! They are all about making the Customer happy.........
We couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Bailey's. They were responsive and easy to work with. My wife and I love our new floor! I would recommend them to anyone.
