Can't get medication refilled. Office is terrible. Unresponsive and unintelligent. Barely looks up from the computer to speak to me. Obviously does not care. He is seeing way too many patients. but he should has a huge fleet of hot cars!! Don't go here if you can help it. Last resort only.
Dr. Bahnassi clearly is over-billing ins co's, and under-providing patients the care they are there to receive. He certainly has a small fleet of cars! It also is very frustrating when nearly every time I call the office, my call is answered by a very rude young woman. She is disrespectful and argumentative. Also, it is not unusual to be put on hold for 20+ minutes. I have brought up with Dr. Bahnassi -3 times -the way I am treated by the woman on the phone. He provides no response. Typical.
I've been seeing Dr. Bahnassi for over a year now. He is a pleasant man who listens to his patients. About three months ago, I realized my medication was not quite working well enough. Within two weeks, he saw me and changed the medication. The new staff however, do not seem to be as responsive as the person he had before.
Dr Bahanassi is wonderful! He has been treating my son and I for years. He has always treated us with respect and always a smile. My son's case is very complicated and he was always there for us. I have nothing bad to say about him. I always can get in to see him anytime we needed to, besides scheduled appointments. He has had some problems with office staff in the past. But let him know if you do. He wants to make us happy. And he remedied problems for us fast.
He never gave me an hour first appointment to get to know me. He sees patients on the average of 1-2 minute increments. I have actually timed it with a stop watch. He is seeing way too many patients in a day. He cannot possibly be making good decisions about any of these patients mental health. He does not seem to care or listen to anything I say. He has been rude to me.He barely lifts his head up to talk to me as he is mostly staring at his computer. He shouldn't have a license. Don't go here.
He is condescending and does not listen to patient needs. I asked to make sure we had refills sent to the pharmacy and he would not give me a copy of the scripts he sent over because he didn't send any over and it was a hassle to get my medications.
Dr.Bahnassi was nothing but excellent. He is easy to open up and talk to. I was able to express my thoughts and feelings. He never made made me feel less than. I have never seen a Doctor so willing to understand the reasoning for the visit. Thank you Dr Bahnassi
