Ordered the eggel bagel on a cinnamon crunch bagel with bacon. The peanut butter, chocolate and banana smoothie was gritty. Perhaps due to the chocolate chips not blended enough. I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel to go. Got home and it was a plain one. Supreme disappointment. The strawberry dream cheese tasted soured. Doubt I will be back. Miss the old days of the quality of Bagel World.
Just want to say thanks to Bagel 13 and the employees working the day after Hurricane Irma. Power was out almost everywhere, but you were our port after the storm. A bagel with cream cheese and a large hot coffee never tasted so good! You all could have been home taking care of your own places, but were there feeding people without power instead! The line was out the door, but each worker was as kind and helpful as they could be. Thanks again!
I have 3 different pictures to justify my complaint. I order a blueberry bagel with bacon. That's it. No egg no cheese no nothing else. I literally get 2 small very crispy pieces of bacon between the entire thing. I've also tried to order extra bacon and there is absolutely no difference between the amount of bacon on the sandwich. I love the place and have been goin since it was bagel world at the old location. Never ran into this problem till the name and location switch. I'm about ready to give up hope�

My sandwich dripped olive oil everywhere. The bag was totally soaked through. I still had a pool of oil on the wrapper after all that mess. A bit pricey for the portion size. The food tastes good. But I can get good food from other places in town and more food for the money. I only go there every few months for something different. If the prices were a little more reasonable, we would go there more often.

My State Farm insurance rep gave me a $5.00 off coupon for Bagel 13 and since i am in Titusville i stopped in for lunch ordered their kickin chicken pita it was terrible, the chicken was hard to chew like it was all gristle. Second time I have stopped into a Bagel 13 with bad experiences and it will be my last !
