The first day I walked into Bagel 13 after it opened I knew it would become one of those places I would frequent often. And it does NOT disappoint! Friendly staff, awesome service, a welcoming atmosphere, and delicious bagels make this a personal favorite. I always love having a place where they know my name. You would be remiss to miss out on such a great establishment!
What a great first time experience! I will defiantly be a return customer! Stopped by for a quick bite before work, it was clean and tidy. I waited less than 10 min and all was fresh. Chase was my server, he was very patient with me as a first timer, as was the female employee that chimed in, (sorry, I did not catch your name). They even asked my preferences before making suggestions! Fast, Friendly, Fresh, & Smiling! 5+ stars from this happy tummy!!!
Ordered my food. Got wrong order staff was rude about it and when I got my right order it was cold. I will not be coming back
I try to come once a week friendly place great food great people. However today a couple orders got messed up and the managers were very outstanding and fixed the problem. Very great Customer service skills a+ all around love everything about this place if u haven't tried it I recommend you to asap.
Great place, best bagel I had in years. Wishing the come to NJ, please open a store in Jersey City, NJ.
