I’ve been going to bagel 13 before it was called bagel 13...it was called bagel world...The food is always really good. The staff have always been amazing, some have come and gone over the many years, but they all have always been very good to customers. I would’ve said I recommend before today the ladies are yelling at customer about the lines on the floor not talking getting grumpy and upset at them then 2 of them start talking to each other out loud for everyone to hear that there is supposed to be only 3 people in the restaurant can’t anyone read the signs. Huh maybe someone should’ve politely asked people to wait outside because only 3 could be in the building but thanks to these 2 ladies I will be taking my business elsewhere. I forgot how good!! I am rekindling my lunch relationship with Bagel 13!!
The front door is impossible to open. spoke with Summer and she isn't concerned. I witnessed an elderly gentleman teddy and open the door, he was unable to and had to have assistance. this is definitely a safety issue. I will be calling code enforcement and Oosha. the manager just blamed it not getting fixed on the owners, but she acknowledged that if you leave the bank door cracked open it does correct the problem. If there was a fire some people might not be able to push the door open. or if the elderly person like myself ... read more
I go here quite often in the morning for a double pork roll egg and cheese egg bagel and my most recent experience was the past two days the first day I went there they forgot to put double pork roll on the sandwich I called back Told them they forgot they told me they’d make a sandwich for free the next time I went back the next day and they did that and they made the sandwich correct way I love this place and they do good buy their customers! I recommend this place and I will continue to go here.
We bicycle in from Edgewater or Osteen on the paved walking/biking trails. Food is pretty good. Service is great!
