We haven’t been for a while and decided to give them another chance. Given wrong order & had to go back. Went back for correct order this time with a hair in it. Tried to resolve with manager and she was rude, insinuating that I put the the hair there “this hair doesn’t match anybody who works here.” I explained that I opened the wrapper and there it was. At this point the manager dismissed my husband and me and in a not nice tone told us to have a nice day. She was done with us.
Ordered a eggel bagel on tomato basil bagel. Didn't realize I would need a sawzall to cut it. Never again.
We used to go to Bagel 13 all the time and loved it - but then something changed - the bagels didn't seem fresh, the coffee was bad with grinds at the bottom of the cup and the tables were never clean. We stopped going for over a month but this morning we tried it again. We were so disappointed- even though it was very early, there was no coffee ready and by the time they brought it to us , we had finished our breakfast. The coffee was so bad we couln't drink it. I usually stop in this place at the crack of dawn, before I head out for my fishing trip. The staff is always pleasant and the food is great as well.
