I had the opportunity to eat at Bacon and Brine tonight. I was quite impressed. Having also dined at Le Grill Rôtisserie at the Gstaad Palace, Switzerland, I can say that the meal was equivalent to that, and the rabbit quite possibly surpassing those courses. I found this meal quite affordable, comparatively, as well. A plate could easily be upwards of $100 once this business becomes more established and sought after. It is exquisite to have such a wonderful meal available to us in this quaint Danish town.
So amazing. We came for lunch and it was so awesome we returned for dinner. Make sure you stop here! Wonderful people and outstanding food served with skill and love.
How Chef Pink and Courtney have struck the same delicate balance of flavors they tantalized us with in their sandwiches and salads in a full lunch and dinner menu is pretty amazing! They have perfectly replicated the deliciousness. Also the warmth of the greetings can not be beat!
Delicious! Fast friendly! I called ahead of time it was ready within 5 minutes of what I said! Got to meet Courtney and Crystal congratulated them!
Awesome. Walking around town and came across this place by accident. So glad we did. Can't wait to go back. The ladies that run this place are wonderful and the Service was great
