I was just in here today on my lunch break, and I was extremely impressed! The staff was super friendly, and it was a really comfortable atmosphere. I got the B&B burger, and hands down, BEST burger I've ever had!! I like trying burgers at different places, and this one was cooked to perfection and the fries were seasoned really well. And the bacon..OMG!! : ) I will definitely be back, and I'll be recommending Bacon and Brine to my customers. :)
The first time I ate here the food was the bomb! Yesterday I got the loud mouth cuban and the meat was burnt, and I had to ask them for the salad that comes with the sandwich and it was just lettuce, no tomatoes. I was disappointed to say the least. For the price I would expect nothing but the best.
Food was awesome, the owners and staff were friendly - owners were extremely accommodating, we had their Bacon and Carmel Donut, The Bomb B&B Burger, and The Farmers (Heirloom �) Salad - which I had to fight my husband for- and he doesn't even like salad!! Thank you again for a great dining experience and taking time out for a pic with the kiddos on a super busy Saturday. We will definitely be back.!!
We were finally able to try out Bacon & Brine last night and loved it. We got the tempura, pork chops and shared the lemon cake and pecan bread pudding for dessert. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great food and service.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner, I had the pork belly and she had the farm raised chicken and it was spectacular! Also knowing that the food all comes from the family farm strait to the table! The food was very good and I highly recommend it!
Maybe we showed up on a bad day. Decided to eat here because as we were walking by the food looked amazing... We had the fried chicken and chop dinners. Tomatoe and basil soup was oddly tart. Skip this 1. The corn was tasty. Squash was perfect with a really good ponzu. Dinner was plated for pictures but I wished it was half as good as it looked.
