An incredible experience !!! It is a must go to epicurean experience!
Wow! Great food! Great service! There is a true sense of pride and integrity coming out of Bacon and Brine. We came in late on a Sunday night service. Unfortunately, they had just served their last burgers. ( This shows me that they don't use frozen crap.) Anyhow, we ate beautifully. To make up for the shortage of burgers, the staff served us desert 'on the house'. ( The most delicious bread pudding I've ever had.) Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Thanks guys! You're doing great!
Oh hell yes! Way good eats. BB burger rocks. Fries are off the chart. I highly recommend this place.
I walked in, saw Chef Pink and when asked what I would like for dinner I answered "whatever the chef wants to make me". It ruled and I would eat there everyday if I were local.
First time eating there and it offered great service and food. I had the Mr. Mustard sandwich and it was GREAT!! Love the dacor as well. Keep up the great work.
Best meal I've had in a very long time. The pickle plate was awesome, and the squash tempura was cooked perfectly and obviously very fresh. The hamburger was fantastic. I put the house pickles on the burger and the heritage tomato slice and it was so very tasty. Better than dill pickles! I have autoimmune issues so a restaurant with locally sourced ingredients is very welcome and the brined vegetables help with digestion. Will definitely eat here again.
