The food was amazing! Being a Cut Throat Kitchen fan, getting to meet Chef Pink and Courtney was an awesome treat!
I had a pig cheek sandwich on ciabatta bread, cilantro, and pickled jalapeño carrots. Melt in your mouth good. Also had a beautiful shot of espresso. The cherry topper was great service. I'll be back and I recommend others to try.
Great Lil sanwich place with a wonderful farm to hand approach
I've never been more happy to have pork in my teeth. Juicy, local pork meets probiotic goodness....these inspired hardworking gals are creating more than lunch. They are creating cravings.
Ok. I love this place sooooo much I went there for lunch two days in a row. Something about pulling the twine off and unwrapping the sandwich from it's plain brown butcher paper ... it's like Christmas, for your taste buds. Today I had the "Hop N Fall" sandwich. Bacon & Brine may call themselves a "sandwich shop" but really - who are they kidding? This is so much more than a sandwich, it's a culinary creation.
