Great support. I had multiple issues with a particular brand of strobe, and Backscatter resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. They go out of their way to support new underwater photographers and offer clear and accurate advice on a very wide range of photographic issues. Highly recommended.
There is no other shop/service I would rate as high as I do Backscatter. I wish there was a 100 star option.
