This place is awesome. I spent a good two months batting ideas around before deciding to commit to something. Matt and Sean were extremely informative and patient, and I felt like they were really trying to help me find the best system for me. I went in to pick it all up today and Rob spent hours with me helping me put it together and learn how to deal with it. Super impressed, and really thankful!

Great customer service! Lacking brute force, I was having trouble mounting a flex arm to a light, and the trick that I used to mount the arm to the tray did not work. Not only did I get an explanation of the problem, specific to my equipment, and a helpful suggestion that worked, but it was from the first person that I spoke with on the phone! No call transfers or need to explain a second time. That never happens. Thank you, mystery Backscatter man. I didn't catch your name, but I'm indebted to you!
