Bought my first underwater capable camera in February...an Olympus TG3 from Backscatter. Took it on a trip to Costa Rica and it made even me look like I knew what I was doing photography wise. Soon after returning home, there was some sort of fluke screen issue and I had to take the camera back to Backscatter. No questions asked, they sent it on to Olympus for repair, and helped arrange a replacement. I had placed an order for a FLIP system to use with my GoPro while on a cruise to the Bahamas. When UPS didn't deliver it in time, they sent one overnight to Florida so that I would have it in time. I love it when companies will do business on a handshake and will do what they can to have a satisfied customer.
