I highly recommend dealing with them for all your camera needs. I use to own a dive shop, but I work for one now. I bought a camera and housing and love it so much we decided to open a dealership for all three of our stores. There was a digital error and it was on their end. Special shout out to Becca Boring, Operations Manager, at Backscatter. Leaving for Cozumel on 12/9, I really wanted the new Macro Wide 4300 Video Light to go with me. The light wasn’t due to ship until 12/7 but after communicating with Becca she said it might be possible to get it before I go. True to her word, on 12/4 the light arrived and is now packed in my gear on the way to Cozumel. Thanks Becca, you went out of your way to take care of my order.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced bought a lens in November last year and still have not received it. They can’t give me a tracking number and don’t seem interested in helping resolve the issue. Will not use them again

The strobe I ordered had a small defect, and I asked for the replacement. They made replacement quickly and easily, keeping me up to date with the process and promptly answering all the questions I had.
