Thanks for taking the reigns from defunct ihc and giving us an excellent and affordable gg1. I run mine on overhead catenary and it iis an excellent performer. Please do another run of the e33 or a new e44 in pennsy paint. We want more electric freight locos!

I mailed a money order out 2 weeks ago for a part for my 2-8-0 and I never got anything yet.
Received the train set that I purchased for my 6 year old son today. Nothing will surpass the look on his face when hes opened the box and realized the trainset was BROKEN AND USED!!! All the pieces we're out of their packaging, the train wasn't even correctly placed in the designated areas, there was missing Wheels and broken tracks. How does your company receive returned items and NOT check them for QUALITY or DEFECTS before reselling them to Consumers? I'm beyond agitated. So far my Amfleets, HHP-8, and Acela units run great!
The few pieces of Bachmann equipment I have seem to be pretty good quality but let me tell you their customer service shits! I have tried for days to contact them about getting my N scale O-6-O repaired with no success. I followed the instructions on their web site without anything working the way it was supposed too so many times that I gave up in frustration. Ebay will now get the piece of garbage to the lowest bidder.
I (or my grandson) will never purchase another product from this company. My grandson spent all of his money on an N gauge “starter set” at the Charlotte Expo on January 13, 2018. When we put it together we found a problem with the rerailer / power connector track section. The train uncouples and derails whenever it crosses that section and the power connector keeps falling off. I thought no big deal, I’ll just call them. Uh uh.
