Having no end of trouble trying to get information to repair Bachmann steam locos with broken wires and there all black, no colour coding, no wiring diagrams, no instructions to remove loco shell to trace wires back to connectors, no help from their service department and being outside the USA, can't find any service agents, I'm in Brisbane,Australia and won't be buying any more Bachmann products after this🥵🥵🥵

They run and run. They suffered from a lot of poor quality in 80's and 90's, but they've really turned things around.
Customer service is excellent.

TRAIN FREIGHT CARS AND PARTS.
All the trains and cars are very well made and they run great. But they need to make replacement pieces for the old locomotives like the knuckles that can be screwed on to the engine.
