I very much agree with Don Smith's review of Dr. Ali. I started seeing him a couple of years ago. He was recommended to me by my primary care physician, who is a patient of Dr. Ali. I have found Dr. Ali to be a very patient, caring, modest doctor though he is a very accomplished cardiologist. On my first visit I did have to wait about an hour and a half to see him but that was because he was called to a hospital to do emergency surgery. I have since seen Dr. Ali several times. This review isn’t more so about Dr. Ali, he’s amazing. He takes his time to make sure you’re doing good and that you’re healthy. This review is about the receptionist who was at the front on (02/21/2024). So rude. I sat in the waiting room hearing her slam the phone after ending a call, talking behind patient’s back (LOUDLY, with no care in the world; saying things like “omg; they keep calling” or “why do they keep calling”). If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional, inconsiderate health care practice I have ever been to! I gave them three strikes, and now they are out. Strike 1: they gave me the wrong address, and I spent two hours going around the wrong city while on hold with the office. Strike two: I had an appointment at 1:30, and I arrived on time and waited there for an hour and thirty minutes and out of nowhere : "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU" in the back!
