This review isn’t more so about Dr. Ali, he’s amazing. He takes his time to make sure you’re doing good and that you’re healthy. This review is about the receptionist who was at the front on (02/21/2024). So rude. I sat in the waiting room hearing her slam the phone after ending a call, talking behind patient’s back (LOUDLY, with no care in the world; saying things like “omg; they keep calling” or “why do they keep calling”). If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional, inconsiderate health care practice I have ever been to! I gave them three strikes, and now they are out. Strike 1: they gave me the wrong address, and I spent two hours going around the wrong city while on hold with the office. Strike two: I had an appointment at 1:30, and I arrived on time and waited there for an hour and thirty minutes and out of nowhere : "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU" in the back!
