I hired BA Kitchen and Bath Design for a renovation project, and while some of their subcontractors performed well, my overall experience was mixed and often frustrating. Several key aspects of the project fell short of the quality I expected. We recently had our master bathroom renovated and were very pleased with the quality of the work. The team kept the area neat throughout the project, and the cabinets, tile flooring, shower, and paint were all completed with great attention to detail. There was a small miscommunication regarding the shower glass enclosure that delayed us by about a week, but the end result was well worth it.
