Very good people.
I’ve been in an apartment managed by B&B for ~15 months, with Jennifer as my point of contact, and have had a terrific experience so far. Jennifer is very responsive to requests, quick to help, and incredibly understanding. I signed a 12 month lease, and right around the 12 month mark was told that I was going to be moving to a different location for work, but was not given a timeline. I rented with B&B Properties for two years and had a great experience. Jennifer was very responsive and maintenance was always completed in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable for the area. I would definitely consider renting with them again!
