I asked the technician why he added the 2nd cut-off right behind the heater under my counter top, with a lazy man way to cut power. He could not give me a good reason. Then when he talk "pushed" the contract on me and I needed them at 3:45pm on Friday. No pickup off 5+ calls then Saturday morning the technician tells us it's now extra to come out and as far as the contract he raised his voice and then spoke over me then hung-up. Fast efficient quality service. Reasonably priced too..
We’ve used B&B for nearly 20 years. They took care of my old nat gas furnace all those years, put in a central AC system over 10 years ago that has worked great. It’s needed service twice, once about seven years ago, and today. We let them know it was out yesterday around 4:30 pm and they were here before noon, earlier than expected. Last year they installed a modern furnace/hot water system that is amazing. All their bills have been reasonable and their dealings honest, full disclosure, no surprises.
