2 stars because they at least responded to my request for a trade-in value on my residential mower. 2 stars also because I asked in 2 separate emails that they give me recommendations on in-stock residential mowers so I could research them and be able to buy this weekend. Apparently they didn't have time to respond (but had time to respond to my trade-in request...). It's all good though. Terrible customer service!! Seemed like they were in a hurry for the long weekend! Not helpful at all on looking for parts for my mower! I took the serial number and a picture of the model number of the engine and she says I can't do anything with that with a real bad attitude! Just needed a pull string assembly! Never go back there again! I hope she stubs her toe every day for the rest of her life! Good day!
