I have gone here for years. prices are competitive with the big box stores but the service after the sale and having a friendly knowledgeable staff with the parts you need in stock is priceless.
Bought a used tractor from these guys. Couldn’t get the hydraulics to work. They figured out the problem and made it right. Thanks services department 👍👍👍
Bought a brand new Gravely 460 from them and all went great until the air ride went out on it at 25 hours no big deal. So I call and they say we'll just order a new seat and just bring it in when the seat comes in so I said great. because I didn't want to leave it there for a week. Well I call a week later to see if it came in yet and they didn't even order it but they "text" me to let me know they had to order specific parts and couldn't order the whole seat. that's horrible customer service I spent over 10 grand on a mower... read more
