The lady that was helping us was very rude. She explained that they didn’t have enough time to call every person before starting to work on their mower. Sorry lady if I’m paying for it then I need to know what is being done 😑.... so sad because we have been customers for a long time. This is the first negative experience we have had here. That’s the awesome thing about options. If you can’t make a phone call to keep my business then I guarantee someone else will. 🤷🏼♀️
Great customer service and best prices around! I had a pump I needed serviced the other day so I brought it in that morning and picked it up that afternoon.
I highly recommend doing business with BA Lawn and Garden! I live roughly an hour away, and will continue using this business for repairs and lawn care essentials. Dropped a mower off to be repaired and expected to pick it up the next week. However, they had it fixed the same day I dropped it off! Not to mention, they even washed it for me.
Went in to have some repairs done to my tiller and was met with awesome customer service and people who seemed like they actually wanted to help you out. They have without a doubt set the standard. I will be going back for a long time, not just for repairs but new equipment as well.
